MORIYA – Boutique Stay is conveniently accessible from Kansai International Airport (KIX) by train. Recommended Route (JR Line – Kansai Airport Rapid / HARUKA, approx. 35–55 min): Take the JR HARUKA Limited Express from KIX Get off at Tennoji Station (Sout Exit) - approx. 10 min walk Alternative Route (Nankai Line, approx. 45–55 min): Take the Nankai Airport Express from KIX Get off at Shin-Imamiya Station (South Exit) – approx. 10 min walk Subway Option (from other origin points): The nearest subway station is Dobutsuen-mae Station (Midosuiji Line／Sakaisuji Line) From Exit 1 or 2 – approx. 5 min walk

Our building does not have an elevator. All rooms are accessible by stairs: 1st Floor (Ground Floor) – MORIYA Suite 2nd Floor – Double Rooms (Rooms 201 & 202) 3rd Floor – Semi-Double Rooms (Rooms 301 & 302) If you prefer easier access or are traveling with heavy luggage, seniors, or young children, we kindly recommend considering a 1st or 2nd floor room, which provide easier access while offering the same level of comfort and amenities.

Our standard maximum occupancy is 4 adults per room. However, our 1F MORIYA Suite may accommodate additional children or infants, depending on their ages and sleeping arrangements. Room occupancy guidelines: 1st Floor (Ground Floor) – MORIYA Suite: 4 adults + additional children/infants (case-by-case) 2nd Floor – Double Rooms (Rooms 201 & 202): up to 4 adults 3rd Floor – Semi-Double Rooms (Rooms 301 & 302): up to 4 adults If your group includes more than 4 adults, we kindly recommend booking multiple rooms to ensure everyone’s comfort.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible depending on the cleaning schedule for that day. If the room is not ready yet, guests are welcome to store luggage in our dedicated lobby area. The lobby is secured by a passcode-protected entrance. We kindly ask guests to share their expected arrival time, so we can check availability and do our best to accommodate.

Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require a later check-out, we can check availability on your departure date and do our best to accommodate, depending on the cleaning schedule and whether another guest is arriving the same day. After check-out, guests are still welcome to store luggage in our dedicated lobby area, which is secured by a passcode-protected entrance.

Yes. You are welcome to store your luggage in the dedicated lobby area, which is secured by the passcode-protected main door. Please note, however, that we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to items placed in this area. As storage space is limited and to ensure fair use among all guests, please inform us of your arrival time and the number of luggage on your check-in day so we can make proper arrangements. For guests who prefer individual storage, or if it fits better with your travel plans, luggage lockers are also available at nearby stations: Dobutsuen-mae Station – approx. 5 minutes on foot Tennoji Station – approx. 7 minutes on foot
