Selling price

• The price displayed on each accommodation plan's booking page will include consumption tax. Prices vary depending on the date of stay, number of people, and plan.

• Other necessary charges besides the product price

• Accommodation tax (levied according to accommodation charges based on Osaka City ordinance), optional service usage fees (if applicable). Internet connection fees are the responsibility of the guest.

Payment timing

• Payment will be processed via credit card upon confirmation of your reservation.

 

Service delivery period

• You can use our services from the check-in time on the day of your stay, as specified at the time of booking. (Check-in: 16:00 / Check-out: 11:00)

 

Cancellation and refund policy

The following cancellation fees will apply if you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed.

• Up to 7 days before the date of stay: Free

• 6 to 3 days prior to the stay: 50% of the accommodation fee

• From 2 days before the stay date to the day before: 80% of the accommodation fee

• Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show without prior notice: 100% of the accommodation fee

If a refund is due, it will be processed through your credit card company. The timing of the refund will vary depending on your card company's billing cycle.

 

Handling of defective products and service deficiencies

If we are unable to provide the service due to reasons attributable to our facility, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
